1. What type of photography services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of photography services including weddings, engagements, portraits, events, corporate photography, product photography, and more. We cater to various photography needs.
2. How experienced are your photographers?
Our photographers are highly experienced and skilled in their respective fields. They have a strong background in photography and have successfully covered numerous events and projects.
3. Are you ok if we hire additional videographers?
No we are not. We try to keep our compositions clean by avoiding distractions and people carrying cameras are a distraction (including our own team members) . We work very closely within our team to ensure we do not obstruct each other's frames and for this very reason we work in exclusivity
4. Do you offer packages or customized services?
We don't have anything like a package. If you have specific needs or want a tailored photography experience, we can create a customized package just for you.
5. What is the process for booking your photography services?
We would expect 50% of the total booking cost as an advance for booking confirmation. 40% is to be paid on the day of the event, and the remaining 10% is expected on completion of the event. Please contact us for more details regarding payments.
6. Do you travel ?
Yes we do travel all across the world.
7. Can we meet with the photographer before the event?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of personal connection and want you to feel comfortable with your photographer. We can arrange a consultation or meeting where you can discuss your vision, ask questions, and get to know our photographer's style and approach
8. My wedding is next year, is it too early to enquire?
Since we take up very limited weddings each year we are usually booked 8-9 months in advance.
9. Will there be a backup photographer in case of an emergency?
Yes, we always have backup plans in place. In the unlikely event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we have a network of reliable backup photographers who can step in to ensure that your event is covered seamlessly.
10. How long does it take to receive the pictures?
The turnaround time for receiving the final edited photos depends on the scope of the project and our current workload. Generally, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 1-2 weeks after the event or photoshoot. We prioritize quality and attention to detail in our editing process to deliver the best results.
11. Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?
We strive to be transparent with our pricing. Any additional fees, such as travel expenses, overtime charges, or special requests, will be clearly communicated to you upfront before finalizing the booking. We want to ensure that there are no surprises along the way.
12. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policy will be outlined in the contract you receive upon booking. It will specify the terms and conditions, including any applicable cancellation fees or refund policies. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to handle cancellations with fairness and understanding.
